Sir, my mother passed away 4 months ago, she didn’t get her old age pension till 9months , me the one and only daughter of her am I get her pension? in her account pension received kindly give me answers sir

Private answer
Your mother is eligible to get old age pension till her death. You can draw the amount from her account if she had it willed it or if the account is joint account. After her death Old Age Pension does not continue to be given to you. If monthly pension is due or in arrears or delayed you can approach concerned MRO for expediting the same.
