My bp reads between 135/85. I’m 63 year old. I have no other problem. Does it require to take tab for bp

No. you donot require any treatment for this in normal circumstances. However you must rule out other associated conditions like diabetes, thyroid diseases etc. It is also necessary to check your BP regularly at twice weekly intervals for a few readings to see if there is any fluctuation. Also a reading from a digital apparatus may not be always accurate. Please visit your family doctor and let the doctor decide what needs to be done.
